Budget General Meeting
Dear Clare MCR,
The MCR Committee would like to give notice of the annual Budget General Meeting which is to be held at 7:00pm on 28 February (Sunday) via Zoom. The respective link will be circulated at a later stage.
At this meeting, the MCR Society’s budget for the year must be agreed before it is submitted to the Governing Body of Clare College.
As this is a General Meeting, additional items can be proposed for discussion and must be supported by not less than three full members of the MCR Society. These should be presented (emailed to me) no later than 5:00pm Saturday 27th, after which the agenda will be sent out. For further information about the proceedings of that meeting, refer to the respective passage in the Standing Orders of the MCR Society, which can be found here.
I would like to encourage as many of you as possible to attend as your input is valuable to us. We need enough MCR members to attend in order for the General Meeting to have a quorum
